EXAMPLE B: Steve Pinter Realty Same agent with $100k gross commissions from 20 sides ($5k/side) If 5 transactions both list & sell (10 sides), $2000 paid Remaining 10 transactions list or sell only, $3000 paid Monthly fee for 12 months, $3600 TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO BROKER = $8,600 Agent makes $91,400 / year (91.4% split) YOU JUST MADE $21K MORE FOR DOING THE BASICALLY SAME THING!!!
