Agents: Are you tired of paying your broker so much of your commission? Our agent compensation plan is simple & straightforward.

$300 monthly fee + $300 per side (list or sell) or $400 total (list AND sell)
THAT'S IT! IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!

EXAMPLE A: other company
Agent at 70/30 with $100k gross commissions from 20 sides ($5k/side)
30% of $100k = $30k
This agent pays $30k to their broker for the year !!!
Agent makes $70k / year (70% split)

EXAMPLE B: Steve Pinter Realty
Same agent with $100k gross commissions from 20 sides ($5k/side)
If 5 transactions both list & sell (10 sides), $2000 paid
Remaining 10 transactions list or sell only, $3000 paid
Monthly fee for 12 months, $3600
TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO BROKER = $8,600
Agent makes $91,400 / year (91.4% split)
